These units have brand new counterlungs, harness, bladders, etc. The only thing refurbished is the electronics (head, handsets, etc.). With everyone upgrading their current "Classic" electronics to the new electronics, AP Vales/SDS are able to refurb the electronics and offer these like new units for a significant savings. NOTE: These units DO COME WITH A WARRANTY. If you would like further info send me a PM and I can answer any questions you have.
