| aka Scotty | vision handset repair (piezo button) Hi, my handset just died after a dive (the right button does not work anymore). Did anybody here already do a DIY repair of the Visionīs piezo buttons? Is it worth the hassle and where can I get spare piezo buttons? Option 2: Sending it back to APD, does anyone know how much they charge (I know I could ask direct, but now itīs weekend ...) Cheers, Scotty |

| Re: vision handset repair (piezo button) I had the left one go , sent it back to AP they charged me Ģ 50 for the button. They also found a voltage drop and traced it to the potted wiring in the head ! Cost me another Ģ 550 in total ![]() |
