OC Oxygen reg on Insp.

I thaught about using the snap type conector on the dill buttons to fit a reg on a bailout bottle. Then i could use the same reg on the O2 if I needed it. The problem being the low interstage presure of the 02 ist stage

but its surley better than a poke in the eye if you need the 02

I ran that idea past my instructor. He said "try breathing through a straw. Then get another straw and stick it in the middle of the first one and try breathing through it..." His point being that the pressure is just too low. Before I got the ADV I tried to breath in and manually add at the same time to match it. Put it this way, I wouldn't want to do it when I'm out of breath...
