The Dolphin 30mins +
The Inspo has been a mixed bag so far.
30+ mins to 30secs but I am still finding the litle leaks and nuances of my new unit.

My best (by accident) is over 2 weeks..

I while back I did some repairs on my unit, did a pos and set up neg test, and I forgot about it.. When I went to my rig I found the hoses were still totally crushed..

When i suck the air out on the hoses, i can physicly hear the air being drawn in through the metal ball at the end of the flo-stop. Today during a test run, i had my buddy check for bubbles and he said he didn't see anything.... At least i've sorted the 'Y' out!

I was toying with the idea of doing without the ADV alltogether...... how many of you 'don't' have an ADV? I tend to add manually on the way down anyway...

What do we think about ADV's??

I've never had one on mine. It only takes a second to add it manually.

Mine holds pos and neg for at least 40 mins, but I'm really anal with my gear. Every 20-30 hours (or 4 months) of dive time I strip down the breathing hoses and C/L. I inspect then lube everything and I've never had a problem with the pos or neg test.

I have a friend that dosn't have one and no immediate desires.

I did my course without one but I ordered one to come with the unit.

ADVS are a bit like integrated deco or a HUD....you dont 'need' one until youve used one - then you cant possibly live without it

makes running open loop easier.
