Can some nice person forward or e-mail me a copy of APD logViewer Software
Just after compairing it to a few other logging programs at the at the moment I know that several of you will scream "piracy" and "underhand"

BUT

I'm a Mac user and a friend has told me that it won't run with VPC7?? So before laying more cash out for a PC or another program I'd like a version to dabble with and see if it'll run and all the drivers and connections will work nicely together.

I know I've got as much chance as , but I thought it better to try and fail than fail to try.If you feel like helping then pleasse send it to davidschofield@mac.com

What about the protocols, serial ports and such.
What settings ??

select serial port
select driver for your usb to serial port device

Sorry, late night.
Logviewer runs on vpc fine.
To download your dive data or upload sw revisions to the head you use the APD communicator, which also operates on vpc fine.
When ready to move data to/from head use a serial port to usb device. Make sure the driver is installed on the MAC side. Within vpc; select settings, select Com Port2, hit the serial port radio button, from the dropdown menu select your device (usually listed by the driver name). Your connection is now defined. Start up APD communicator, select Com Port2, move your data, sync your clock, etc.
The downloaded files are now available for 'viewing' in Logviewer.

Works like a charm everytime and best of all no PC (sortof).
