Re: feedback on Decoweenie travelframe

I leave mine on all the time too, it's better for going to dive sites by car, i put it in the boot standing up wedged between the rest of the gear, i never liked lying it down on the lungs much, it used to get very grubby too.

In fact, another Inspo diver who has a $3000 case said he thought the travel frame was better than his!
Yeah the frame is awesome. Really cuts down the profile of the Inspiration which is a big plus for cave diving. I've beat the crap out of mine and it has held up well except for a few cave scares. Unfortunately I've now reached and have on occasion exceeded the capability of the Inspiration and I see a new Rebreather in the not so distant future. Not sure yet which one but I'm thinking Boris, MK 15.5, or Meg.

Jason,

Tell him that I will swap one Travel-Frame for his frame. We take care of our own shipping.

Deal ?

I do not have the hat shelf weight any more. I guess it was around 1,5-2kgs that I used with original yellow box.

2.5kg's less, all from the middle and top.
No weight on the top except the CD lift bar and mounting bracket.

You can have my travel frame..........................when you prise it from my cold dead fingers!!!

You don't have to steal the *bling* polished one from Brent, you can buy one - but not a polished one - that one is MINE!!!

There are 2 available for immediate shipment.

Hi Steven
Thanks for the info but I am waiting to see what answer I get over the "drysuit frame " as I commented on that thread ideally I would like it to sit higher for kitting up either by extending the frame for the larger tanks or by a add on box for the bottom .Hmmmm we'll see
