| Re: Travel frame for Inspiration and Evolution Looks great! Couple of questions... 1. Where do the cam bands fix onto the frame? 2. Can you have two sets of tanks mounted? The only other thing I can think of is your comment on keeping it snug inside - will it be so snug that routing all hoses internally will be a PITA? Just found mine a bit tight and that has loads of room...

The commercial DT box has been increased in size from the original version made so scrubber sits too loose, is too heavy and placement of backplate is too high thus the load is too low promoting vertical trim.

| Re: Travel frame for Inspiration and Evolution This is the views of the frame we have finally settled on. It will be a back-load instead of top-load. Back-load just have too many advantages at the moment to keep the size small and the weight light. Plus it is easier to change the sorb without having to remove every hose like top-load. Plus some other small changes learned from the previous version which the pictures were posted on the beginning of the thread. We built the prototype, installed the largest package (Classic Inspiration + Hammerhead lid) for size, then made changes as see fit. Note how large the standard wingnut looks compare to the rest of the frame, it is because the frame is so small... ![]()

The tester is away so I can't get more pictures beside this one.Would be interested to see on in the flesh as it were... Keep in mind that it was only a prototype built for fit-testing so it wasn't "pretty up". ADited: Going to bed, have to get up early for diving so will answer any questions tomorrow night... Ciao!
