| Re: Travel frame for Inspiration and Evolution For the frames buyers! If you see an orange substance on some parts of the frame, it is the dried pickling paste used during the manufacturing process. It is difficult to get it completely off the entire frame to meet the shipping date, so it might be some left on some of the frames. It could be removed with some water and a small brush. Or submerge the frame in a large ultrasonic cleaner. Or simply dive often... ![]()

If you want the perforated lid, it will cost more since it takes a lot of manual labor time to do. How much more, I will have to check but I have heard at least 30 Euro more.Quote: Did you test with the tanks up right??? We didn't plan to have the 3L upright since they won't sit flush on the bottom with the frame if you want to be able to reach the valve.Larger tanks are taller so will be able to sit on bottom and have the valves higher than the frame. One of the buyers did fit his 3L tank upright, but as mentioned, the bottom of the tanks were off the floor.

| Submerge Productions Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Travel frame for Inspiration and Evolution The trim of the Travelframe is better then the standard yellow cover. You get away with much less lead on the top. I currently use 2 Kg but 1 Kg on the top is probably sufficient. So there is no real need to have the tanks with the valves up. It is also cleaner with the valves down, since the first stages fit nicely inside the housing. Also to be able to reach the valves when they are at the top, you need to mount the tanks REALLY high or use a slob-knob. |

SEE POST #80 FOR PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS! We are shipping an average of 2 frames per day, so let me know if you are leaving on a trip soon. PLEASE! I just need replies from the rest of the reserved list (pay/cancel) so I know what to do with the rest of the frames! I will advertise on the Inspiration List for the frames that are:
after the New Year. So if you want one, please don't put it off!
