| Choosing a new Rebreather... Hi there, I've a little problem and need some help... First of all i've to say that i've the best rebreather in the world. It is a Classic inpiration, with a rEvodream with HUD, BMCL (thanks Paul and Pete), JJ-CCR BOV and sidemount kit from Dani (txitxito). And now i'm thinking about the posibility of changing my Rebreather. This is my question: What do you think will be better for some deep 80-100 mtrs dives per year plus about 40/50 dives year in the range of 25/50 mtrs. Sentinel or Evolution plus or any other option... Thanks Mikel

| Re: Choosing a new Rebreather... Frankly what's wrong with the rig you have now? Many Classics have been to those depths and beyond. John |

I don't like the OTS to much... Is out there someone diving the Pelagian BMCL? That can be the right direction... Thanks Mikel

| Re: Choosing a new Rebreather... Hi! No I have not heard of anyone diving back mounted CLs on the unit I dive but it should not be too hard to arrange I think. Personally I dont mind the front mounted CLs on the Pelagian as they dont puff up like other lungs and getting to the d-rings is easy. The lung is not designed like a bellow like on most others so the expanding gas move furter down the lung instead. Best of luck what ever road you decide to take.. Cheers Roger |
