If this was the inspo list, we'd be deluged with unsubscribe requests right nowand if the recharchable batteries are no good why do they use the same type {not brand} with other units like the bozza! if they suddenly break down do you not have 2 batteries in the unit? i think you will find the 3.6v VR£ batteries do the same i have had 2 go down on dives below 70m this year but i still use them but then i have backups ![]() ada ![]() But seriously, this has been done to death on here and on the Inspo list. Cheers,

It's written that I'm a beginner, not my instructor and if the recharchable batteries are no good why do they use the same type {not brand} with other units like the bozza! if they suddenly break down do you not have 2 batteries in the unit? i think you will find the 3.6v VR£ batteries do the same i have had 2 go down on dives below 70m this year but i still use them but then i have backups ![]() ada ![]() I personally don't care about the price of the batteries, I prefer to go the safe way. Of course you have two batteries in your unit, but best things in life are often pairs and you would not like to miss one, isn't it ?Have fun. Humuhumu

![]() | Re: batteries for inspo/evo For me the safe way is to use batteries recommended by APD. Currently they seem to recommend strongly Fujistu (even if they allow other brands, but say very clearly that Panasonic are not suitable: you can see it on their web page, as beginning of a short movie showing the replacement of the batteries) and for me it's ok. So, what is your opinion ? Cheers Humuhumu
