| Curmudgeon ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | extendair adapter on vision? Hey I was talking to micropore yesterday. There is an adapter set for the classic, and there is a set in development for the vision. They said that there are some people using the classic set on the vision canister. is anyone here doing this? What do you think? They said specifically that the adaptors should be fit tested first to make sure they seal.

Hi, Well, it would be interesting to see the difference of the scrubber's duration when using ExtendAir technology in a Vision canister. If it doesn't extend much of the scrubbing time then it wouldn't be worth it. Anyone using the adapter on the classic version that would be kind of share his/her experience so far? Best Regards. Wael

![]() | Re: extendair adapter on vision? Right now as I understand - I have not dove the adapter - that you don't get the full advantage of the EAC. Duration is only 2 hrs because the canister isn't made specifically for the EAC. But they are currently working on a whole new inpiration canister made so the EAC will perform like it should. |
