| Inspiration Scrubber Time Hi All, Question: you have fresh scrubber fill in your Inspiration Classic and plan to do a dive to 75m with total dive time of 90min (you complete this dive to plan)and then two days later are planning to do the same dive plan again. Would you use the same fill again or use a fresh fill. It’s not about being tight, just wondering what others are do. |

According to the manual you have 10 minutes below 50m left. You can save on a fill but it's hardly much of a dive. I always like Gordon Henderson's take on the scrubber rules.

| Re: Inspiration Scrubber Time 2 dives with 180´ shouldnt be a problem a lot of time he hangs in deco with min co2 production Urm!! Shouldn't be a problem. Not very scientific. I have been Trimix diving Inspirations since October 2000. First a Classic and now a Vision with Temp stick ( Scrubber monitor). I feel the reason i am still alive is because i sticto the rules. It costs between £8-10 a fill for a scrubber. My life is worth more than £8-£10. Bin the bloody stuff and put a new fill in. There is one big unwritten scrubber rule that should be in the manual but it isn't. "If you cannot afford to change your scrubber material/cells. You should not be diving CCR." ![]()

| Re: Inspiration Scrubber Time 2 dives with 180´ shouldnt be a problem the problem is not the decoa lot of time he hangs in deco with min co2 production at 75m, and in cold water, say 4°, on an inspiration scrubber that has 100' already, and then for some reason he has to work really hard: I (think) there is real chance to break trough in warm water, there would probably be less a problem paul
