v2.1.4 download from unit

dived v2.1.4 for the first time this weekend and all went fine. However, when I connected to download to the PC I got a solid red on C1 and a slow red on C2 with the buzzer sounding - is this normal now?

I have not had any issues with downloading when connected to PC.

not downloaded in a while so i thought id try it out ...tried it on three individual units and nothing different than previous to report?!?!?!?

do you use the usb connector and do you have the latest drivers and versions of communicator? just a though... failing that id go for a reinstall of the software just to be sure.

The very first thing I do after an upgrade is test its download capability - again.
what I do is:
- download all stuff before update (better safe than sorry; I'm an IT person...);
- perform actual firmware update;
- download all dives again, and compare downloaded before and after update files.

worked o.k. during the 2.1.4. upgrade (and, in fact, all previous updates).
I suspect a cable and/or connector (corrosion) problem in your case. Start with inspection & cleaning & drying of the connectors.

just had it confirmed by APD that it is indeed a low battery warning and is completely normal.

I've never had low battery on a dive, but I though the HUD for that was alternating red/green. I 'm pretty sure there was no green this time. Is it different on a download?

In PC MODE should be two still reds. Low battery flashing red with buzzer alarm.
