oval scaber case

My scraber case seems to have an oval shape (instead of circular). when i insert the softnoline there seems to be air gap on the side.

has anyone else had this problem?

Have you measured it? How big is the difference? There should be an airgap in the bucket for insulation and the o-ring keeps it gasproof.
If its very oval you can heat up the bucket in hot water and fix it that way, but be careful.

or you could phone APD , speak to nicky
and ask them for there help,
i have found them to be very helpfull,
every time i have phoned them.
Even when i manage to bend one of the pin's on the scrubber lid, they offerd to sort this out for me, (but with help, i did sort this out myself)
