If you guy's send me the dimensions, drawings, or sample(Anything I can take dimensions from), I'll be happy to get it in a set of working drawings and cad files that any standard machine/fab shop could work or program from. As far as the "Top Plate" , it would probably be cheapest to have it lasered or water-jetted out of stainless. Thanks, Ed |

How about machining the top plate out of another sheet of Lexan? tooling costs may be a little higher, but there will be less different materials to buy, and it will allow you to visualy inspect the seal and the handsets for water ingress. you could use either simon the cad will cut it the same.Regards Simon A i agree lexan top plate would be good for inspection . the choice is yours
