| New Member Current Rebreather/s: | I have been using APV Evo that comes with over the shoulder counterlungs and standard largish back plates(at least for a small female frame ). Although I am a newbie with buoyancy that sucks, I would like to know if there are other simple and easy methods of achieving optimum trim besides adding trim weights to counterbalance excessive buoyancy. |

Hi Nicolite,My wife dives an EVO as well. She recently switched to a travelframe. It really helped with bouyancy. What also helps is maintaining minimum loop volume. Not so easy in the beginning, but you well get the hang of it. If you want we could meet up and discuss various options. We regularly do training dives in the PVE (Put van Ekeren). Feel free to join. Take care, Peter |
