That's part number 125-0903 at Radiospares.
But the image shown is wrong.

Lovely solution!

Just a question on redundancy - if either controller fails, isn't there an issue of it affecting cell readings on the other monitor?

I think it's highly unlikely and probably not a show-stopper unless it happens, but this is the argument that is usually put forward when people try to piggy-back cells.

Not had a controller fail but if the inputs are buffered they should be fine.

Still can't find these Ts though

Ask RS to get them from France. It's available and it's around 10£.

Farnell does not seem to stock them, maybe RS does.
