I think Dennis Mears at Predator has made some in the past, not sure he wants to again though: www.predator-wetsuits.co.uk

Joe Radomski has a pair of Innerspace's neoprene lungs on his rebreather, complete with ISC T-pieces. It used to be an Inspiration, but only the scrubber cannister is from that unit. Maybe the DSV too, he has several so I don't know what he's using these days.

Joe's in CA for a trimix class week, so you'll have to wait for a bit to get his feedback.

There is a group of us looking for sources of the neoprene CL as well, so if anyone found one, please let me know.

TIA

I will check, but I don't think RF welder is capable of "gluing" neoprene.

We just need somone who can make drysuits or wetsuits, I have two sets of neoprene CLs so got some patterns. The difficulty is getting someone to make them due to liability and CE crap!! (In EU)

Hi Dave,

There are some people in the Netherlands who do custom neoprene suits. I could ask them whether they would be interested. Could we use a copy of your patterns?
Who else would be interested? It will probably be cheaper if we have them produced in batches.

Dave, where did you get the inflator fittings and T-pice fittings. Did you use the APD ones?

I used the tee peices from my inspo lungs, an apex dump valve and a swiveling apex suit inflation valve for the o2 add, I dont have a dil manual button as I can reach the adv to press the diafram for manaul add. The lungs have large fastex buckles at the top for quick removal.
I cant supply my lungs at the mo as I am using them but I can do detailed drawings/ pictures. They are very simple construction
