| Re: O-Ring Sizing Joe, what is the size system you're using...? Each country seems to have its own O-ring standard size indication scheme (e.g. the British have their BS size standards, as used in the APD diagrams. Apeks uses them also). Do you also have them in ordinary metric sizes, i.e. diameter of ribbon (body) in mm (or inch) & diameter or overall ring in mm (or inch)? ciao, Tino. #027 for the normal hose ends.. #029 for hose ends at mouthpiece #129 t-piece |

| Re: O-Ring Sizing Joe, The BS number on the APD diagrams are using the as568a dash number (you can just drop the bs from the ap numbers).. Almost all the APD o-rings are based on imperial sizes.. The only one I can think of thats not a standard size is an oring on the hose end swivel for the handset (BS 805n70)..what is the size system you're using...? For all practical reasons viton can be substituded for nitrile.. sometimes you will see the numbers preceeded by 2- as in 2-129.. in the 3 digits, parts that start with a 0 are a 0.070inch cross section. ones that strt with a 1 are .103inch cross section, those that start with a 2 have a .139 inch cross section, and tjose with a 3 have a .210inch cross section.

| Re: O-Ring Sizing Thanks, Joe. I got a bit confused by the different names they use in the various countries as reference, but found out that also in Holland they refer to the AS568A-system sizes if you dig deep enough. As a small service back I found a list on the Internet with all the O-ring sizes, both in metric as well as imperial. I stripped all the mumbo-jumbo out, and converted it to PDF. See attachment. ciao, Tino. The BS number on the APD diagrams are using the as568a dash number (you can just drop the bs from the ap numbers)..
