I'm not sure of the shipping cost, but of you put the right tarif on the box there is no duty.. watersports equipment is exempt from duty in the US from most countries, the list of countries that require customs is available online..Cheers go to this website USITC Interactive Tariff and Trade Database the tariff is 95062900

Write in big letters on the box "sent back for repair/warranty".
