weight difference

Just weighed my 12ltr 232 bar twin set full,with wing & backplate also regs and v weights.
total weight 50kg.
What would the expected weight be for Inspiration Vision & weights.
Dry suit diver
5ft 6ins
12stone
average build.

Hi taza...

My Inspiration Classic felt like just as heavy as my twin-12's... But I havn't put it on a scale. I'm pretty sure though that it close...

On the Inspo I had a 5 mm stainless steel backplate, around 4-5 kg, and in addition to that, 6 kg of lead put inside the unit, so I didn't needed a lot of weigths on my waist.... On the twin 12's I had 4 kgs of lead between the tanks, and a thinner backplate...

I don't know if there is a difference i weigth between a Inspiration Classic and a Vision... Anyone?!

Hi taza,
i dive my twin 12 ltr with a 3 kg Backplate and a 5 kg P weight. Now i dive the classic inspi with the same tools. No problems. With 1 - 3 stages a had a little bit to much neg buoyancy but nothing is perfect.
