Inspo ADV leak

Hi all,
Hopefully someone can help with this. I have an Inspiration Classic about 14 months old that I bought second hand. I was changing the sofno earlier and when I put it all back together and started doing the tests I found a leak.
I was trying a positive pressure test, but as soon as the lungs gets about half full air is leaking from the ADV, not from the hose connector, but from the opposite side (large circular face). I have taken the screw and stainless pin out and cleaned them and the O ring and reseated them all but its still the same.
Anyone know how to correct this...easily?

I had an ADV leak, the problem was (after speaking to the factory) that the valve assembly wasn't properly located. Access is via the diaphram side, you need to remove a locking ring which has 4 holes, I had the tool to remove this. Then push the metal valve assembly into the slot in the ADV body. Mine was sitting proud by no more than a 1mm.

Leak fixed.

Check the diaprgam in the ADV, mine had a pin ***** hole in it and caused similar problems.

Thanks for the info lads, will check it out and post back my results. have a weekend away in West Cork next weekend and this would be keeping me from getting wet!

Speak to AP, I knackerd the diaphragm on mine, they sent me a bunch of spare bits free of charge and explained how to change them out.

Yep, the diaphragm has two small holes in it, but big enough to be a PITA. I'll ring AP in oh, 34 minutes when they open and order the bits. Not sure if I'll be lucky enough to get any bits for free though, as its second hand. Worth a try though
