A Good News Story

Hey All,
I thought I might just post a good news story on APD service for a change.

In short I have been having problems with my lid for a while and have tried everything, software upgrades, new cells…. I was patient but in the end it had to go back. So I handed over the 350AUD to DHL to get it there asap from Australia and hoped for the best. Was there in 3 days, 5 days later Nicky emails me to say they are sending me a brand new Lid.

Happy Days and they are also happy to send it back to me Via DHL.

So all in all I am one happy customer, pain in the butt having to send it back but I think they assisted in making the best of a bad situation. Looks like I will only have to use the twins for one weekends diving

Thanks for the feedback, Jeremy.

When there's a bad (no matter what unit or manufacturer) everybody and his brother seems to chime in. Always a bit irritating, good experiences are appreciated as much as negative ones (at least by me

).

Yup but in peoples memory, 10 good experiences does not make up for one signle bad one...

Thats just how it is.

Ppl, will remeber good as well as bad ones when
