YBOD first stages

My YBOD dates to January 1999. Now my O2 first stages intermediate pressure is creeping upwards. Does anyone no what make the first stage is?

It looks like Apeks, but could it also be Divex?
I have Apeks service kits ready to be used, but have not opened the first stage yet.

It certainly is not enviromentally protected and it has a LP-turret. So I guess it could be UST?

I will take a picture of it and post it.

What ever the make of the first stage is, the problem will undoubtablly be the high pressure seat. Change it and all should be ok.

It really can`t be anything else. Now it creeps up from 7,5 bar to 9,5 bar in about 5 seconds.

Thanks for help everyone! I will try to remember to take a picture of it when I leave work...

Now I got one bad picture taken

I compared it to my newer apks DST 1st stages and the YBOD one is a bit longer.

Here is the picture. I also opened it and it is not Apeks. I really think OC diving for me is over, because i stole one DST 1st stage from my OC gear and put that in better use

In generally how often have you had the need to adjust the 2nd stage pressure on the O2 side?

I have the enviromental seal still on so it is a bit slower to adjust the pressure if needed.

BE VERY CAREFUL!

Check in your manual as AP state that some 1st stages stop working at depth, or something along these lines. My advice would be contact AP and check this 1st stage is compatible.
