Great Service at AP

Heres a good news story ( just to be different )

Last Friday I popped in to collect some parts that I had broken on my Inspo. I paid-up and bumbled on down to the ‘rebreather factory’ across the way to collect the parts.
I asked the chap (Tony) if he minded that I fix the breather here, as I couldn’t get into my B&B until 10 that evening. He happily told me to bring it in and merrily went about fixing it for me. To my delight he also said:

“well, whilst you’re here, I might as well check the rest of the fittings and give it a good once over”.

“Carry-on mate” I exclaimed.

I was suitably impressed, he worked his way around the unit in no-time at all. They weren’t interested in charging me, just happy to see a customer sorted-out.

So thanks to Tony and AP (Martin took some time to talk as well) for providing top service and being very welcome and accommodating.

Tony, Steve and Mike are lovely!

I took my Vision leccies back in to get my name on them etc and him and Mike were great, double checked my unit etc for me and it was only a few weeks old, but they just made sure everything was ok.

They were diving with Gary at Dive Action too whilst I was doing with my course with Gary and they were a great encouragement.

It appears I have a reputation though in AP workshops for having one of 'those' giggles! One that is instantly recognisable. It had been a couple of weeks since I'd last seen them all and whichout so much as a word, just a little laugh; I got met with 'I know that giggle anywhere'.

Regardless of what people may say, think etc I can't fault them. They've been very supportive even when I was so close to jacking in my course!

Hello,

Being from Malta, they always helped me out fast. I normally deal with Sarah L, which is always very helpful and can confim that their service is top notch. I think who is buying a rebreather must check it's after sale service.

My O2 gauge flooded - sent it back on Tuesday afternoon, got it back this morning Special delivery. Cant knock it!
