Thanks Baz! you could start with AS3848.2-1999 also plenty of advice on diveoz (some of it worth what you pay for it)To be honest, I haven't paid a lot of attention on any past discussion regarding Oz-regulations on tanks but since moving to Oz could be a reality for me, where can I check more into this issue ?
