| God save the Queen Current Rebreather/s: | AP Service Time Has anyone had any dealings with sending back a unit to the factory for service/replacement? What was the turn around time? Feel like I am getting back burner from AP.

| Re: AP Service Time Two week turn around...but I did tell them it was not urgent. Incidentally, came back extremely well packed in a huge cardboard box - very professional - and included two new batteries still in their packaging. Another example of excellent (and often unrecognised) service from APD. Steve Last edited by UKSteve : 1st March 2007 at 10:54. |

| XLVI WC! ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: AP Service Time Not had to send my head back for servicing yet, but when I send my canister back for sorting out the tolerances (the two wouldn't fit together) it was sent, sorted and returned, in a week. But I'm based in the UK. Judging by what others have said on this thread, I would expect a 2 week turn around. If there's a problem, speak to Nikki nicely Personally, I don't think hassling them and shouting is the best way to go about it with AP... been there, done that ![]()

| Re: AP Service Time Why pestering .... I wouldn't think 10 days is bad ... where you on the phone already in a day or so ??? It is when they say they are going to phone you back in a couple hours after giving it a quick bench test to tell you what the problem is!Cheers, Paul And dont |
