O2 cell expiry date

Hello all,

I have a spare cell with date code on it G4, what does this mean ? Where can I check expiry date?

My uneducated guess is the sensor was manufactured in July, 2004.

Jan = A
Feb = B etc

4 = 2004

So as Phi said July 2004

It expires when it no longer can indicate a ppo2 of 1.6 (is the way I determine it)

This has been after 6 months, 10 months, 12 months - it can vary - suck it and see!
