Re: heads up seem to be dull??? Try cleaning the hud with a toothbrush and warm water to remove the salt buildup in the holes.

Re: heads up seem to be dull??? Somewhere on this forum there is a description, or a link to a description, on how to remoce the HUD cable from the scrubber head & replace it. Keep in mind that unlike all other cables, this one can be removed safely as it does not pass through the scrubber head. The scrubber head contains a transparant little window under ther cable connection, and the actual LED's sit inside the scrubber and transmit their light through the window towards the light-transmitting fibre strings in the HUB cable. So no leakage risk. At the risk of sibmitting redundant documents on this forum, I have attached the factory (dis)assembly instructions as a PDF file. I'm sure a moderator will replace them with a link if I am indeed being redundant in my document supply.... Ciao, Tino. Thanks guys i will give it a go very gratefull newby

Re: heads up seem to be dull??? excellent attachment Tino - that's the sort of thing that makes me so much more confident about taking the unit to pieces. Can you remember the original source?
