Slave handset gives cell error but Master handset is OK

Asking this on behalf on of a fellow Inspiration diver.

Noticed over the weekend that his Slave handset started giving a Cell Warning error (reading well below the other cells). But the Master handset showed all three cell readings to be close together (i.e. no cell warning).
The unit is a couple of years old (bought second hand this year) and has backlit handsets. The problem is with the cell reading on the right.

Possible causes?
Loose connection between these particular cell and slave handset ?
Problem within the slave handset itself ?

Would it be user-fixable or require the unit to go back to AP ?

Any suggestions/insight appreciated.

My advice for what it's worth is don't take any chances and get it back to AP.

Has he done a VOM check of the cells themselves? Also, how about a cell position swap and re-calibration? Just some diagnostic suggestions.

Does this happen all the time? If it dosen't I'd say you have a problem with the O2 sensor.
