| John Routley ![]() ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Hi all I've been asked a few times to make a stand for the evolution some thing along the line as my other rebreathers stands, And this time i have been contacted by David Heavey to make one, so he came over to discus what he would like and to bring a unit over for me to work with. we have now made the first couple of prototypes and i would like to gauge the interest from the rest of you. they will be sold as two parts so you can decide if you just want a stand to raise the unit up to help with donning and the like and give you some where to stow an inflation tank or battery Or just a lift bar or have both the stand will remove the wait from your lower back wile diving so will ease backache from those that get it. this is the preproduction version and I'll be tweaking the design a little more and making things a little rounder in places but you'll get the idea! kind regards john routley www.narkedat90.co.uk

| Re: Evolution Stand And Lift Bar John, If it is put down hard, is there the possibility that the thin support lip may crack the case? Cheers, Dave.

Cheers, Dave. but Dave the point about this stand, it make it so you don't have to put it down hard at least when your wearing it That depends on where you get it from it attaches like a back plate and is samwiched between the unit and wing ect. like the kiss/meg stands but has a return under the base plate that the unit sits on and this returns behind the unit.![]() Anyway back on topic, the stand looks nice John, how does it attach to the evo? is it similar to the KISS and meg stands? kind regards john routley

| Re: Evolution Stand And Lift Bar it will bolt to it with no problems Sweet! I'll have to add that to the list of planned mods in May-ish (subject to negotiations with wife )...how much for the combo?
