| keeping HUD dry I was looking at building a new po2 monitor and decided on a HUD style. I have a working prototype that I need to take under water and I'm looking for an off-the-shelf waterproof box to put it all in. The circuit board will be about 1/2 the size of a pack of cigs including 9v battery. I am using a single 2 colour LED and a flash sequence similar to the Shearwater HUD except I am using 1 sensor so it will sequence once per cycle instead of 3 times. (for now) My intention is to use ambient pressure for the housing and since the led needs no servicing I'll just encase it in epoxy. Any thoughts on the above please feel free to comment.

I think one of the folks on the board here used it for his HUD too. http://insane.bug-e.net/Puffer/PPO2/index.html Darlene |
