| Hi Al, It was designed by Frederic Badier and is sized to work with Drager hoses and one way valves it breathes extremely well he uses a strap to his helmet to offset the drag but I have dove it without any straps or bungees and had no troubles. It sits better once you get the hose weights set right. We will be carrying the mouthpiece and there are some very interesting modifications on the way too so you might want to wait a month or two ![]()

I also have a copy made by Forrest Wilson on my other sidemount.mouthpieces http://www.airtess.com/gphoto.php?no...gp=540&ext=jpg It is for a sidemount unit and would like to here from those using them. I have a pdf of the mouthpiece in parts if you would like me to email it to you. I understand that new units are injection moulded rather than machined. The mouthpiece is also "handed" in that the inhalse and exhale valves are interchangeable but you really want the exhale one lower then the inhale one so gunk doesn't pool in you mouth. |
