Re: Its Done !!!!! Got Back From Open Water Testing And Lived Through The Exercise. Fifty Ft For Forty Five Min's ,buddy Ran Out Of Air. O2 Consumption 100 Psi. I Guess Using Thirty's Was A Bit Of Over Kill But I Had Them, And They Fit The Tank Saddles. Had To Run The Unit Manually Since I Am Still Waiting For The Connector For The Primary Controller. I Will Fit A Needle Valve For A Temp Fix Until The Connector Arrives. Will Try To Get Wet Sometime This Week. Things That I Would Change Right Now Are To Go To Din Valve For The Dill To Reposition The Valve For Access.and Might Add Extension Levers For The Manual Add Buttons But Probably Won't. I Miss My Bc Pockets.but Love The Trim With The Wing. Need To Shorten The Dil Gage Hose Its Way To Long With A Standard Length Hose. Love Tracy's Bov, Wob Is Fine. Right Now I Have O2 Gage Fixation Which Is Probably A Good Thing. Can't Wait To Install The Hud.

Re: Its Done !!!!! I like your fittings and ss tubing. I'm working on one at the moment and I've been getting a machine shop to make all my adaptors from scratch... expensive and not as clean looking. The UK does not use NPT and other fittings as much. Never mind. How deep is your scrubber? I've started with a biopak 60 and made a raised scrubber, I'm curious how it compares for capacity. I'll try to post you some pics when I get a chance to download them to a PC. How stable is you PPO2? I've not began my testing yet and I'm wondering what to expect. Thanks for your posting ( I was getting close to giving up but seeing a unit in use is encouraging) Cheers, Sandy

Re: Its Done !!!!! it's nice to see people still home building. With the number of units on the market and 2nd hand Sports kisses comng down in price I had thought home builders would get to be very few and fair between. Just doing a rebuild of my own unit with a complete re-organsiation of the dill hoses via a new manifold. Makes the internals a lot nicer and cleaner to work with. Looking forward to get it back in the water. Best of luck guys and hope to see some more pics soon. Matt
