| The best place for O2 Sensors Thinking about the best place for Rebreather O2-sensors, I guess that independently of their position ( to avoid sprinkles for example ) you need as less condensation as possible and so in a place where you have the lowest warmth variation and/or the lowest vapour contain So perhaps at the top of the scrubber if he has a very good insulation ( big thickness of insulator material ). Perhaps on the contrary in and insulated housing as close as possible to the inhale mushroom. And why not like in the standard Ray position at the very end of the exhale side of the loop, close to the beginning of scrubber material, but yes its exhale side (is it really a big difference ?) and the position of the sensor ( face up ) is not good. On one of my back up Rebreather I use a Ray scrubber and the sensor is in the original Pport of the scrubber but I have inverted the sense of circulation, it works fine. Any thought or experience about that or part of that? Thanks Marc |

| Re: The best place for O2 Sensors Top of the scrubber (exit side) is arguably the best choice. The temperature should be the highest and while RH will be 100% throughout, you might get a few points below 100% due to the heat.
