corrugated BC hose wanted

I could do with a long (the longer the better) corrugated BC hose with cuffs at both ends since I'm making another P1SS type rebreather. I had a modest stock of new hoses from my travels in the US but have used 'em up fixing/building BC's.

Sources in UK or anyone have some lying about (I'll O2 clean them!)?

Hi Duncan,

I have a large over stock of 30 mm ID EPDM hoses with cuffs around 8" long.
Very similar to Ray hoses, but with much more flex and shorter.

Norrheast Scuba Supply in the US has them in various lengths with cuffs on both ends..... Shipping might be a bit to get over the pond...

Duncan,

Send me the lengths you're after - I've probably got something in the box of goodies here.

If you get offers of shorter hoses I could do with some shorter ones, most I have here are long enough to do some serious damage!

Plus postage from the midlands isn't exactly the madness of trying to get these things over the atlantic!

I normally buy up a stock when I'm across the pond. Haven't seen them in scuba shops here.

If you could pop it in the post I'll send you a blue drinking voucher.

Methinks that we should have a Midlands Rebreather car boot swop sale. I've got buckets of plastic clips and stuff. I want some mesh from Woz for my BBQ as well.

Re: corrugated BC hose wanted

Duncan,

there's a pendulum DSV and hose on ebay right now which claims to be from a Royal Navy O2 rebreather. Might work for what you need.

Cheers,

Stuart

I've got the DSV - a modified inflator like the one on the P1SS - in fact I might dismantle this and use the hoses from it. I've got plenty of AP breathing hose but one the right length with cuffs on the end is better.
