In a high O2, humid environment, these are the best there is. Mouser stocks them as: 538-08-65-0814 The shell is: 538-22-01-3037 The molex part number is the same, but without the 538 prefix. http://www.mouser.com/catalog/626/1081.pdf Darlene Last edited by Scuba_Vixen : 23rd June 2006 at 05:22. |

It crimps at the correct locations and for the correct size wire.. The only downside is that it doest have the integrated stops that make crimping with the official product fast and easy.. You have to be careful lining it up before trying to crimp the connector (fine for the occasional crimp, but not for production owrk).. but the plus side.. I got it on ebay for $15, and you cant tell the crimps from one of the official ones either..You want the phosphor bronze with gold plate contacts. | Re: molex part number From a long distant past installing satellite earth station equipment I believe the vision connectors are a SMB radio frequency connector. Have a look at http://www.amphenolrf.com/products/smb.asp.
