| Monty Guest Current Rebreather/s: | Very impressive and neat Dolphin modifications At the top of this page: http://home.worldcom.ch/intruder/News01.htm (the page takes a while to load due to lots of pics) As far as I can see it's a new case, relocated OPV, a cary handle, green Cooper breathing hoses, manual diluent and manual O2 injection, and the ability to plug in off-board gas! All done very, very neatly. rgds monty Interesting modification of that Uwatec Oxy2, I had one a long time ago and in its original state it only displays the %-O2 at depth (built in depth sensor). They apparently modified it to take input from sensors in a separate housing. I wonder how and if they managed to get it to read in pO2 and if it still merges the input from two cells displaying only one reading... That feels a bit shaky from CCR-operation. Also further down on that page the modification of the Azimuth looks interesting. The Dolphin scrubber looks like it sits extremely far down on the back and quite some distance away from the back too. Should give a horrible WOB? |
