| DS4 blanking plate - any in SS? Hi all, Does anyone know if anyone is making caps for the DS4 to fix the IP in stainless rather than plastic? Thanks, Neil |

| Custom Title Allowed! Current Rebreather/s: | Re: DS4 blanking plate - any in SS? Just a piece of round SS sheet metal, 1.5 mm thick is sufficient. You can use the existing silicone disc as a makeshift 'o-ring'. I believe the diameter you need is about 34.3 mm but PLEASE measure before you order some ![]() If you ask a laser cutter in your region he'll probably cut 10 pieces or so for a couple of $/EUR/£. He he he did some one call? i can do one for you in SS but i do have some delrin ones in stock, as some one pionted out it does'nt take to much time to make, more set up time, and it will depend if i have 316ss of that size in stock because it is very very expencive and i can go buying a bar of this stuff just to make some thing 5mm thick and im shore you dont want to pay for a hole 1m! kindest regards john routley 07785956036 www.narkedat90.co.uk
