Molex part number?

Anyone have it handy (got a connector you can look at?) for the Teledyne R-22D/R-22DR sensors?

Want to make sure I order the right connector housings....

(nevermind - found the docs on Teledyne's page)

Genesis,

You need a special crimp tool as well (don't have reference handy unfortunately).

use a pair of pliers that what I've always done - it works

Yup, so does soldering the leads to the cell or just wrapping them around and then using some duct tape.

I prefer to use a crimp tool that is *designed* for the job (I have one here so that helps off course) so at least I can be fairly certain that it's a reliable connection.

Naw, crimped and then soldered will do the job.....

Soldering to the molex pins is a no-no if you want them to last without breaking off.

They are designed to be properly crimped only.

That depends on whether the design forces the cable to them to flex or not......
