Re: RB80 style accordian counterlung

I think I still have a pair (inner/outer) somewhere in a box. They are yours for postage.

Re: RB80 style accordian counterlung

I've heard the McMaster Carr bellows are a little too stiff for Rebreather use, but don't know myself.

You could try STDE www.stde.ch who make the EDO-04. They should have some bellows.

Re: RB80 style accordian counterlung

I have heard of the nightmares about the bellows not collapsing correctly.
I considered a ring system to fit into the bellows to make things collapse easier but then again it is add another failure point if they get bound up or out of kilter with each other.

The only good thing that came out of any bellows design was the bagpipes!

Re: RB80 style accordian counterlung

Oh common don’t be like that!

Hydration bags- http://www.msrcorp.com/hydration/dromedary.asp

BC bladders if you have Radio Frequency welding machine.

Smaller Dry bags

Latex or rubber covered cloth

Neoprene (specially made)

A lot of manufactures sell to home builders.

Then again you could use your drysuit goves…hehehehe

Later, Andrew
