what plastic p-ports are made of ?

Hi
A friend of mine wants to glue a p-port (dräger) to a pvc pipe using epoxy glue.
I wonder what a p-port is made of ?
what kind of plastic, in my opinion it is not a good idea to glue it but anyway.
I wonder if it would not be better to glue it with pvc glue (in case a p-port is made of a pvc derived, but I doubt it is)
regards
jean mi

I assume it is delrin with a XX% of glasfiber for reinforcement (like the mouthpiece)does not glue with PVC gluepaul

delrin with fiber inside , I did not know it even existed, we learn everday.
maybe the best solution would be to cut a thread, but what is the thread?
