D5 scrubbers (a.k.a Rocket Tubes)

Quite by accident I came across this outfit selling them in the UK:

Caving-Gear.co.uk - Waterproof Gear Transit: Ex-Military Diving Container

Not only suitable as the basis of a scrubber canister but also jolly useful for keeping things dry underwater.

Duncan,
Sure would be nice to source some "O" rings for that canister, since I'm having absolutely no luck here in the states finding a replacement of that durometer. (approximately 70) BTW. The stiffer one's I've found here work but the lid won't spin into lock position as far. I'm nervous with it.

Diving with Jason Richards this weekend, who's got his new home built running nicely. We're checking out some virgin cave mid Tennessee.

Let me know your thoughts on the source for the canisters/O ring.
