Hi Paul,Other than that you can look at Kim Meineche's site KISS-Dolphin CCR by Kim Meineche to see how he modified his adv with another spring from a scuba pro. Hope this helps ![]() Best Regards...Paul "Push the button" Thanks for ideas and help, it always interrseting to see how others solved the same problem . However I would not touch the lever tuning it is too delicat to be adjust manualy without the rigth instruments and without instructions to do it. basicaly the system has no tuning device in my opinion, and bending the level or trying to screw the lever nut is not a good idea. changing the spring is a good idea on the rhter hand I think that the nut is there only to hold the lever, not to enable a tuning. I'have clogged to ray by pass orifice with a ring I have turned on my garage lathe, the ring compress hardly the o ring placed over the orifice anf prevents any gas to get out, without glue. it is ok for me, but I wanted to understant what was the difference btw the dolphin and the ray by pass system...I still don't understand. regards jean mi

Perhaps only remooving this washer is enough...hum could he be so simple? Let us know Cheers Marc |

Let us know Cheers Marc Hi marc thanks a lot for this analysis, I am gonna check my dolphin adv and tell you if there is a washer or not. Knowing the inclination of drager to re-use their existing parts to make different systems (and they are rigth) I would not be surprise that you are rigth. I'll let you kno anyway. regards jean mi

I have done this myself and it takes about 15 minutes. The only extra equipment you need is a short length of plastic pipe and a basin of water. How to do it is explained in the Service manual - page 24 http://www.aberdeenwatersports.com/F...e%20Manual.pdf Neil ![]() |
