![]() ![]() ![]() | Dilluent injection system I have currently converted my drager as some of you probably already know, however my only way to dill flush is to colapse the bag & wait for my second stage to kick in to get some dill in to the loop. however whailst playing with this I have found it to slow to reduce the ppo2. so my plan is to add a second tecme injection fitting to the exit side of the scrubber & link it to my dill. however is there any way i can make a Dilluent injection system to fit inbetween possibly from a stainess injection used for inflating SMB's or somthing. any ideas well appreciated. Cheers Dave

Drill a hole in the center of the lid so you can push down on the diaphragm with your finger. Martin at tecme has the right parts to help you. Another alternative is to buy his new ADV that fits straight to the P-port, but you still need to move the OPV. ![]() Check here for some ideas. /GKAM

![]() | Re: Dilluent injection system Depends how much you want to spend. Get A0030 from Martin at Tecme and replace one of the dosage units on the by pass valve. This will now take an ordinary reg hose. For injection I moved from an old BCD inflator to an AP dil inflator screwed into a backing plate made by John Routley. This will put the gas straight into your inhale bag. |

Swagelok toggle valves look like a reasonably cost effective but reliable solution.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Dilluent injection system I just added a manual to the existing Dolphin ADV. I tried to add the pic, but it didn't work, so here is the link. FWIW, we have got rid of the hose clamps and installed proper crimps. http://www.airheadsscuba.com/images/dolphingen6a.JPG Dale |
