searching for flat PVC end caps

anyone have a source for flat PVC endcaps? Seems like most out thre have a slight curve to them.

In all of my searching, the only flat caps were schedule 20, 4". Last week I just found some gray, schedule 40, 6" couplers, and it's easy to glue or O ring in some flat/sheet PVC into one end of the coupler, and you're there. Hope that helps.

I have no problem getting flat end caps. But they are all metric sizes. eg40mm(?) 65mm, 80mm,90mm,100mm.

I’ve built tons of homebuilt treasures from PVC fittings and I’ve seen a fair number of flat end caps, as well as dome style. The key is to search through a wide variety of different hardware stores/ home improvement centers. Example: the ¾ x ¾ x 1 inch PVC “T” I use to build in-hose-“T” O2 cell holders is available at only one of half a dozen home centers around here and the 1” flat end cap needed for same is found at different store. Try poking around in that hardware store you’ve passed a million times but haven’t stopped at in years because their prices are too high. You just might be surprised.

try US PLASTICS , they carry a lot of hard to find fittings ,like 3 way elbows,4 way cross, and 5 way cross in pvc cpvc both in white & blackand gray sch 40 and 80 .. they also have clear pvc and the clear fittings to go with. ok now the bad part , the pipe only is sold in 10 ft. length cut to ship UPS and is price'e but they ship small quinty and are good people to deal with. go take a look....

I have found flat end caps for Sewer & Drain pipe rather than DWV at the local HD or Lowes.

Make them flat. By boiling them in hot water and quickly pressing them flat. Or use a hot air gun to heat the dome/curved and flatten it.
