True location and currency have a lot to do with choice in this case. I see that the submatix compares with the hydrogom for price but adds adjustibility.

The hydrogom is very heavy and too big for me. But you can be sure that it is almost indestructible .

Other point for the submatix is the conettion inlet for the O2, you can use any inlfator hose, this is perfect to use a second oxygen source.
