Re: New Homebuild no. 2 finished

The Hud has 3 LED, 1 for every cell.
PPO2 = 1.0 short flash blue/green pause
PPO2 = over 1.0 are green flash - 1.2 = 2 green flash
PP=2 under 1.0 are blue flash - 0,80 = 2 blue flash

The alarm LED is the middle LEED
PPO2 0,30 = 7 blue flash, pause and than a lot of RED flashes
PPO2 1,60 = 6 green flash, pause and than a lot of RED flashes

I uploaded a small video in the homebuild gallery

Re: New Homebuild no. 2 finished

Would have to agree with caveseeker,that is not homemade, that is
custom built.A very nice unit, well done and very impressive.
You and your brother could very easily give the manufactures a run for their
money.

all the best.

Re: New Homebuild no. 2 finished

Lovely art work.

Looks like a bespoke rebreather rather then a homebuilt unit, interested if the scrubber complete becomes available.

If it's not too late to chime in here.... Your custom breather is a work of art, or has that been said?
Really I think it is time you have to come up with a name for it. When is #3 going to be ready?

Any ideas on a name?

Re: New Homebuild no. 2 finished

Had some Ballistic Cordura left used for the Counterlungs, so yesterday tried to make a Wing like the Halcyon 35 CCR. The inner bladder is made in 420 nylon, the shell in 1650 Ballistic Cordura and Keprotec Klevlar fabric, the sticker is from halcyon .
Will try how it works, if not, no problem, the material was about 40 Euro without inflator and sticker.
