Question about Peel Strength & Overlap Shear Strength

Hi guys,

I was looking through some stats on 3M's DP 190. Planning to use it to stick things together in my scrubbers.

There's 2 terms which I don't understand:

Peel strength

Overlap Shear Strength

Can someone explain?
