Cheap pendulum DSV at eBay.

Hi..

Found a cheap source in eBay for the RIEKE FLORITE Faucet (DF-103) that can be easily adapted as a DSV for a pendulum rig.

eBay Motors: # 250104 Drum Faucet For 5 Gallon Square Buckets (item 150101293088 end time Oct-08-07 11:50:53 PDT)

Wish a similar one in a little bigger size existed but have not found one yet.

This one is 3/4" and it does works but a 1" will work even better (if it exists).

Have any of you guys checked out usplastics.com?? Lots of almost ready to use parts.

hi almir,

i have a very similar one on mine.- don't forget to make a ring at the edge to avoid the mouthpiece to slip out.- you can melt the edge or cut a ring of the edge and "glue" it by melting, like i did (i didn't want to have any glue in my mouth)

I use it mounted with a short inflator corrugated hose on a homebuilt and its works great !

JorgeY: That is a great idea.. I was planning something more complex but the melting idea is better. Ill expose the tip of it against a metal funnel and melt it with a hot air gun to "flare" the tip. Hope to post a couple of photos for the results.
